In 2004 the buildings of the former Norma sheet metal industry were renovated and turned into residential and commercial building of ArtDepoo.
Architect Harry Klaar has mixed different surfaces, fractures, new and historical details. The apartments were sold as empty boxes so that the residents had the chance to create rooms with suitable sizes, or when necessary to join different modules in order to create larger apartments.
It is possible to visit ArtDepoo Gallery which introduces young Estonian art.
Guided tours on Saturday and Sunday between 12:00 and 5:00 pm.
