The most gigantic of the Soviet era facilities in the Dvigatel quarter is the 243 meters long plant. After the World War II secret devices for Soviet atomic, space and chemical industry were produced here and the enterprise kept expanding due to the success of the mentioned sectors. The building known for its number plate “95” marks the end of one era and the beginning of another – the house was built, but it was never used as intended because of the collapse of the Soviet Union.
