One of the most interesting residents of Noblessner submarine factory is Põhjala Brewery, which was founded in 2011 and then quickly become one of the flaghsip beer culture promoters in Estonia. The company has at its disposal one of the glorious limestone naves of the former assembly and repair department. The high walls, partially glazed ceiling and visible traces of history add to the effectiveness of the space. The look of the brewery is based on the contrast of its metal equipment and industrial robustness.
