In 2013 there was an architectural competition which resulted in the extension to the theatre, which replaced the large hall covered with tent that could seat 422 visitors at time. The facade on Nunne street does not seem to have changed much as the extension is located a bit further away from the old walls and seems deceitfully smallish than it actually is. When entering the building, the visitors are greeted by the dramatic red-and-black colored foyer with stylish lamps, face-shaped chairs and urns with masks; the interior design has been made by Maile Grünberg.
The museum introducing different professions related to the theatre is offering the pleasures of discovery.
Guided tours on Saturday and Sunday at 12:15 and 15:15 pm. Meeting in the foyer.
