The former ship systems department – the 100 years old building that is under national heritage protection – will become a new home for at least five Estonian arts organizations. Excellent exhibition spaces and an auditorium with 100 seats will be opened together with an international Artist-in-Residence program. In addition several food studios and a restaurant will be located on the ground floor.
